Breaded Veal Cutlets Shawns
4 Servings
4 Veal cutlets (thin)
1 Cup Flour
3 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 Cup Bred crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmigiasn cheese
Salt, pepper,butter,olive oil
Capers.
Sprinkle a cutlet with salt pepper then dip in flour, dip in the egg,
then dip in the bread crumb mix.
Use a little oil and a little butter in the pan and fry until done
one at a time. (Place the cooked ones in a warm oven on low heat to
keep warm until ready to serve)/ Sprinkle them with capers and
chipped parsley and enjoy!
